Warm Spiced Bean Medley
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces) mixed beans (such as black, pinto, and kidney), drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of chili powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the rinsed beans, cumin, salt, and chili powder.
- Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm as a side dish or in a burrito!
