Beef and Veggie Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 pound beef (such as flank steak), thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with soy sauce and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm over rice or noodles.
