Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
