Garlic Butter Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 8 ounces mushrooms (such as cremini or shiitake), sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
